Last stop of the Baguio weekend. The little miss were too eager to have a rendezvous at the bikes at Burnham Park. So, off we go on a morning hike at the famed park. Better hurry, rain always spoiled the day at the city…

Newest addition just this year (it was not there at last year’s Panagbenga) was this cool cemented trellis entrance at the children’s playground. Burnham Park’s beauty really shine during these wet season. Even wet and muddy, the park still attract morning visitors.

Good thing it was a rainless morning. The little miss had much time to rent-a-bike…there’s the “ate”, as the passenger ^_^

Fun and play…

Even the not-so-biggie kids joined in for some photo ops:)

While I busy myself for capturing pretty odd rock carvings…

…and, pretty pink zinnias (?)

Then, after snacking on “puto” (rice cakes), we bought at the public market, we rested our asses and feet at this bench overlooking the pond, er, the boating area…

…whatever…the boaters, even oblivious of the gloomy and imminent downpour, couldn’t care less. They’re enjoying the ride. We missed ours!

Whew! What a rainy but fun weekend. Wished I had brought Inspirational Quotes for me to read.
