Here’s my latest colorful nifty finds at a “tiangge”. Costing 15 pesos a-piece. I was delighted to purchased 4 pieces.

What’s not to love with these cheap and brightly colored faux butterfly.

I initially didn’t know where to put them when I purchased them. The little daughter would be delighted to have them and stick them to her room. But, when I get to the house and held them on the table, I suddenly think of a better place for them…

Guard and feed on these faux flower will yah, Mr. Faux butterflies?

Got these assorted stuff when I happen to accidentally drop by at a shop selling rundown home items.

1 glass storage jar for 85 pesos

-Was planning to use this as candle holder.

2 decorative dessert plates for 15 pesos each

-Found the two blue adorned plates stacked underneath  dozens of dinnerware.

5 pieces uber cute tea cups 30 pesos. All 5 of them.

-More teacups for me, even without the pairs of saucers, I’d buy them. I love them. My weakness. They’ll be great addition to the green hutch.

3 super fragile shot glasses for 10 pesos. All three of them.

-There are many shot glasses of various designs in the shop. I don’t know why. I felt they’re different. Judging from the type of the glass, I can sense it’s different from the others of its kind Besides, I did get them because I had a friend who collects vintage shot glasses. I got curious. It might be the start of a new hobby?

Been a long time since my last thrift hunting. Odd and cheap, as I describe the pieces. But, surely, I can find them useful. Whether sitting on the hutch or accessory to other of my stuff around here.

Have been on the lookout for cake/fruit tray. All I have found were made from glass, smoked glass that didn’t suit my interest. Then, while accompanying my sister-in-law to buy gifts, my eyes caught this one with a 25% discount.

Unmindful of the long queue at the mall’s cashier counter, I paid 280 pesos (less than $7) for this round and white stoneware before anybody else could get it. It was the last stock. Never felt luckier that day .

Oh, I have been in search for “pinks” lately. End up with this cute teapot found in the hutch.

Found this set couple of years ago in a rummage sale, have forgotten the price, but, however frugal am I in buying this, I wouldn’t sure forget how pretty they are in “pinks”.
