Weather was fine. Kinda hot during the day, exactly. Nights have been hotter. Should have been colder until after mid-February when summer would normally start. But, then, January isn’t over yet. And, summery feel seemed to be pushing through.
Just in time. Hubby had finished working on our kubo (nipa hut) last weekend. He had hanged the rattan hammock which to me were too tempting, I had to stopped what am I doing and quickly jumped on it. Feels good.
We expected more and more al fresco dining out there, lots of barbecuing, of course, and lots of bonding moments. Sharing the kids daily activities at school and ending with the usual ghost stories that would surely make the kids vacate the kubo in haste.
Credit to the hubs for the work. “You should have spent thousand pesos if you had hired a carpenter to do the work.”
Great job to the hubby! Aren’t we lucky to have husbands who can do those carpentry stuff? Makes us save for bucks talaga! Haaay ang sarap dyan, makakatambay sa outdoor. Dito matagal pa si winter aalis eh! Nakaka-sad. LOL.
Yes, Rcel, I am always thankful to our Creator for “throwing” my husband into me
Season changes without us knowing iba na pala uli ang surrounding. Enjoy the snow while it last:)
you have a cute yard Sis I miss grilling outside and enjoy eating and enjoying the weather. It is cold here in NY yet Returning the visit from #25 of BPC.
look so nice outside. wish our weather is like that here. great job to your hubby sis! reminds me of my dad, he did all the work in renovating our house., =)
That’s what I need around here, screen doors costs so much and made of different material than ours…we always have our doors closed, having this would be nice. kudos to the hubby!
